Day One:
I have decided in order to keep on track I am keeping a day to day digital dairy of my diet, to help mostly stay on my goal. I am 5'2ft, approximately no more than 130 lbs at worst, my biggest problem is that I love all the bad stuff: Burgers, fries, bacon, cheese, and anything fried up in fat really. So far before starting this blog I have all but cut out most sodas, reduced my calorie intake to no more than 1,200 a day, even avoiding fast food like the plague it is!
Cravings are still an issue probably will always be still anything worth anything needs to be fought for. To keep motivated I will often look up the "thinsporation" photos and slogans it can help when I am at home and a sudden craving strikes. I just wish I had a friend or pal to help push me along at my weakest for someone to say "Put that cookie down!" Or "eat an apple instead you greedy cow"
Though I swear from this moment on to push on by myself in this goal, that I can do what I set myself out to do. So what are my goals, and why do I want them so badly?
Goal weight: 110 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 95 lbs
My Reasons:
1. To lose a cup size or two-naturally! My breasts hurt my back often and its hard to find a bra for my body type that I don't explode out of. A naturally decreased bust would save me the money, pain and scars that going under the knife to get them cosmetically reduced would surly bring me.
2. Kind of the same as above, but to take some extra pressure off my joints. Places such as my shoulders, hips and ankles would benefit from some extra mass shed.
3. To wear what I want without fear, or feeling like I'm being strangled by my clothes. Or to be able to go shopping without that soul crushing depression when I enter the change room, or browse clothing racks wondering if I'll be bulging out of that pair of shorts.
4. For my job, I'm NOT ashamed to admit that I moonlight as a cam "model", and a more fit body tone would help me make more money.
5. To prove to myself that I can do what I set myself out to do, for that feeling like I have accomplished something.
6. To feel more attractive, to look better, and increase my self-esteem. Maybe snag a hottie at the bar, or at least get his number.
7. SHOPPING!!!!!! Nuf' said.
8. Can have sex and not worry about my gut, thighs or whatever spilling over on my date, or worse jiggling everywhere. I hate the feeling that I am crushing whom is ever under me. Kind of a mood killer.
9. Looking great in photos, or at least not shying away when someone busts out the camera.
10. Eating more fruit and veggies, as well as a more well rounded diet.
